Uncommon Sense Studio meets our clients where they are with time-tested wellness practices.  We create an environment that motivates, encourages and supports our clients and students to meet their personal goals and/or the lifestyle changes necessary for long term healing. Whether you choose our Uncommon Experience or to leverage our services and create a unique, custom experience for yourself, we ensure a transformation that will last far beyond our time with you.

Offered in 30, 60 and 90-minute increments, a session with U.S.S. can used for one or more of our services or to engage in the Uncommon Experience. If you’re unsure what feels best for you, click the links to learn more before you book.

Personal consultations can also been done in groups (up to five). This is a great way for couples, families and close friends to bond as you relieve stress and try something new. Whether that’s group yoga, a sound bath, aerial acrobatics, or a combination of zen activities, it’s a great way to create unique memories.

Should You Book a 30, 60 or 90-minute Personal Consultation?

Uncommon Sense Studio offers sessions in different time intervals to fit with your schedule and your goals in a way that doesn’t stress you out. 

A 30-minute consultation is ideal for people interested in uncommon services like meditation, cupping, aligning body work, sound healing or intuitive card reading who just want one service and aren’t interested in combining. It’s also great for a self-motivated individual who is just looking for guidance on how to achieve physical, mental or spiritual goals in a way that’s aligned with your unique body. 

A 60-minute consultation is better for people interested in yoga, energy work or those who’d like to try out more than one uncommon service. This is also the ideal time slot for people whose goals require weekly or biweekly sessions.

A 90-minute consultation is the best for those who want to go deep into their body and wellness and offers enough time to try out a few different services. Whether you'd like more time to exercise, to add another service like cupping or sound healing to your session or even an advanced nervous system restoration.
